Catalogue & artwork

The hound is a custom illustration for Cinema Hound. The catalogue draws on these open data and text sources:

• Wikidata — structured film metadata, CC0.
• Wikimedia open analytics — interest data, CC0.
• Open Media Database — film metadata, credits and text, CC BY 2.0 Germany. Its History pages list contributors and changes.
• Wikipedia — plot excerpts, CC BY-SA 4.0. Source revisions are linked from each film.
• CMU Movie Summary Corpus — David Bamman, Brendan O’Connor and Noah A. Smith (2013); older plot excerpts and theme labels, CC BY-SA 3.0 US.

Excerpts are shortened and adapted; reusable text remains under its stated licence. Popularity reflects Wikipedia attention, rather than ratings.
