A reformed Cruella de Vil must fight to keep her freedom while a new threat emerges for a litter of puppies.

The story

After serving three years in prison, Cruella de Vil is released on probation and attempts to reform her life by opening a dog shelter. However, she is warned that any violation of her parole will result in immediate imprisonment and the forfeiture of her fortune. While she tries to build a new life, her past desires resurface when she encounters a French furrier. Together, they begin plotting to create a new fur coat using the puppies of a friend, leading to a dangerous game of deception and kidnapping as Cruella attempts to outsmart the authorities and the rightful owners of the dogs.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Cruella de Vil is released from prison on probation after being 'cured' of her fur-obsession by Dr. Pavlov. She opens the Second Chance Dog shelter but is secretly approached by French furrier Jean-Pierre LePelt. They conspire to steal puppies from Dipstick, a dog owned by Cruella's probation officer Chloe Simon. Cruella frames Kevin Shepherd, the shelter owner, for the theft to divert suspicion. After the puppies are stolen, Kevin escapes prison with his macaw, Waddlesworth, and joins Chloe to track the thieves to Paris. They are captured by Cruella but manage to free the puppies. In a final confrontation at a bakery, the puppies trick Cruella into being baked into a giant cake. Cruella and LePelt are arrested, and Kevin and Chloe are exonerated and awarded the remainder of Cruella's fortune.
