Full plot (contains spoilers)
Construction manager Andi has an impatient boss and equally impatient Chinese clients breathing down his neck. He promised his wife Steffi and daughter Alma that he would take care of the Christmas preparations himself this year, because he has a lot to make up for. However, he is overwhelmed by his responsibilities, the competitive pressure in the construction industry, and his family’s expectations. Meanwhile, his wife and daughter head to the Waldviertel to stay with Gerda, Andi’s mother-in-law. Andi gets help from his buddy Bertl, who only causes even more chaos.
