The story
Fourteen months after the events of Thunderbolts* (2025), the multiverse begins to collapse. In response to this existential threat, several groups of heroes from three different universes—the Avengers, Wakandans, and New Avengers from Earth-616; the Fantastic Four from Earth-828; and the X-Men from Earth-10005—must converge. These disparate groups are forced to unite to face the formidable and complex threat of Doctor Doom.

Set fourteen months after the events of Thunderbolts* (2025), the film takes place amidst the collapse of the multiverse. To combat the existential threat posed by Doctor Doom, heroes from three distinct universes must unite: the Avengers, Wakandans, and New Avengers from Earth-616; the Fantastic Four from Earth-828; and the X-Men from Earth-10005. The narrative features a wide array of characters, including Steve Rogers (who takes on the Nomad mantle), a warrior-like Thor, and a variety of mutants and heroes from the Fantastic Four and X-Men teams. The story serves as a culmination of several storylines, providing closure to characters from the 20th Century Fox X-Men films while integrating them into the MCU's Phase Six.
