The story
At first glance, ten-year-old Benoît Brisefer seems like any other boy, but he has astonishing strength and is quick to defend his friends. His powers have a weakness: whenever he catches a cold, he loses his extraordinary physical abilities, which is why he never removes his wool scarf. When notorious swindler Poilonez and his gang of thugs target Mr. Dussiflard, Benoît’s friend and a taxi driver, Benoît does everything he can to foil their plans.
Full plot (contains spoilers)

But alas, nobody is perfect… Whenever he catches a cold, Benoît loses his extraordinary physical abilities. That’s why he never takes off the wool scarf he wears around his neck! Courageous and determined, he doesn’t hesitate for a second to leap into action to defend his friends. So when Poilonez—a notorious swindler—and his gang of thugs go after Mr. Dussiflard, his friend the taxi driver, Benoît does everything he can to foil their plans… Together, they’ll have many adventures, including one that takes them to a desert island where they meet Arsène Duval, a bank CEO who lives like a “Robinson Crusoe,” delighted to have left civilization behind.
