A soldier resurrected with nanite technology must navigate a web of manipulated memories to seek revenge.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
After being killed by mercenaries in Italy, U.S. Marine Ray Garrison is resurrected by Rising Spirit Technologies (RST) using experimental nanite technology. The nanites replace his bloodstream, granting him superhuman abilities but requiring constant recharging. RST's CEO, Dr. Emil Harting, manipulates Ray's memories to turn him into a weapon, making him believe different people killed his wife, Gina. Ray first tracks and kills a mercenary named Ax in Budapest. Harting then resets Ray's memories to target a former associate, Nick Baris. During this mission, a programmer named Wilfred Wigans helps Ray realize that RST has been manipulating him. Ray discovers that Gina is actually alive but has started a new life in London. After a final confrontation where Ray kills several RST agents and destroys the facility, he faces Harting. Ray chooses to sacrifice himself to defeat Harting, but Wigans updates his technology to make the nanites self-sufficient, reviving him. Ray, Wigans, and a freed KT (another RST patient) leave to start a new life.
