Medical student Milla is assigned by her lecturer, Ms. Schwarz, to research a presentation on healing practices, though she is skeptical of supernatural claims. When Milla and her friends Alexandra, Jeanette, and Stefanie find an old Bible from the era of the witch trials, they take the 500-year-old book and try its spells and magical rituals for fun. The experiment takes an unexpected turn when their wishes actually come true, leaving the friends hardly able to believe what has happened.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Medical student Milla is assigned by her lecturer, Ms. Schwarz, to research a presentation on healing practices. Milla herself doesn’t think much of supernatural mumbo jumbo. That doesn’t change when she finds an old Bible dating from the era of the witch trials with her friends Alexandra, Jeanette, and Stefanie. The friends swipe the 500-year-old Bible and, for fun, try out its spells and magical rituals. When their wishes actually come true, they can hardly believe it. But they have no idea that they have unleashed a dark force with deadly consequences for them all.
