The story
On the planet of Pandora, a mercenary soldier named Roland kidnaps a teenager named Tiny Tina with the help of a 'Psycho' named Krieg. Simultaneously, on another planet, a bounty hunter named Lilith is contacted by a powerful corporate magnate, Atlas, who convinces her to rescue his daughter, Tina. Lilith returns to her home planet, Pandora, for the first time since childhood. With the help of a robot named Claptrap, she locates Tina. Upon learning that Atlas wants the girl against her will, Lilith forms an alliance with Roland and Krieg when they are attacked by the corporate army of the Crimson Lance.

On the planet of Pandora, a mercenary named Roland kidnaps a teenager, Tiny Tina, with the help of a 'Psycho' named Krieg. On another planet, bounty hunter Lilith is hired by the corporate magnate Atlas to find Tina, who is his daughter. Lilith returns to Pandora and finds Tina with the help of a robot named Claptrap. After realizing Atlas wants the girl against her will, Lilith joins forces with Roland and Krieg when they are attacked by the Crimson Lance. They learn Tina was engineered with biological material from the Eridians, and Atlas believes she is the only one who can open a Vault containing advanced technology. With help from Dr. Patricia Tannis, they find the key in an underground maze. Lilith destroys a signaling device, but Atlas still demands the girl. Tina, fearing betrayal, knocks Lilith unconscious. Later, the team finds the Vault but finds it is too difficult for Tina to open. Lilith reveals she is the 'Firehawk' and can open it. Under threat of death for Tina, Lilith opens the Vault, and they manage to trap Atlas inside where he is dragged away by a creature.
