The story
Willy Blain, head of the Brigade for the Suppression of Banditry, comes under scrutiny from the General Inspectorate of Services (IGS), which denounces his management practices. He is held in police custody for 96 hours and questioned by Commissioner Catherine Van Roy. Their opposing views of a police officer’s role shape the central conflict as Blain must respond to the investigation and account for how he has managed his unit.
