A pop star's life is thrown into chaos when an obsessive fan invades her home, fueled by a delusional belief that they are meant to be together.
The story
In 1990s Los Angeles, an obsessive fan named Paul Duerson invades the mansion of pop star and actress Sofia Minor. Paul is under the delusion that he and Sofia are in love and plans to propose. When confronted by Sofia's bodyguard, Bell, Paul threatens suicide. The situation escalates as Paul's delusional behavior forces the security team to struggle with his erratic actions. Six months later, Paul escapes from prison and, along with an accomplice, targets Sofia's home again, leading to a dangerous confrontation involving Sofia, her new boyfriend, and her security team.

In 1990s Los Angeles, Paul Duerson, an obsessive fan, invades the mansion of pop star Sofia Minor under the delusion that they are in love. After Paul stabs her bodyguard, Bell, during an initial confrontation, he is imprisoned. Six months later, Paul escapes and, with accomplice Penny Pascal, targets Sofia's home again. While Paul's accomplice J. H. Calhoun abducts Bell's family, Paul breaks into the mansion and knocks Sofia unconscious. Sofia eventually escapes her recording studio and sets Penny on fire. Paul, still delusional, finds Sofia's boyfriend, DeVante Rhodes, and believes Rhodes is Sofia. He forces a pastor to perform a wedding ceremony between him and Rhodes while the others watch. After the ceremony, Paul stabs Rhodes. A final struggle ensues where Bell and Sofia disarm Paul, and Rhodes kills J. H. Calhoun. In the aftermath, Sofia and Rhodes reconcile, and Paul is taken by police, still hallucinating that he and Sofia are happily married.
