Full plot (contains spoilers)
Maid of honor Sam, a secret agent, travels to Savannah, Georgia for her best friend Betsy's wedding after a botched mission in Paris. While at the private island estate, she is ostracized by the bridal party and finds herself at odds with Betsy's sister, Virginia. The wedding is interrupted when mercenaries led by Kurt take the guests hostage to steal gold bars and a hard drive from a vault keyed to the family's rings. It is revealed that the best man, Chris, is working with Kurt to help his father. Sam evades capture and eventually reunites with Betsy, helping her lead the hostages through secret passages to a train depot. Sam is captured while creating a distraction, but the hostages escape. Sam eventually rescues the bridal party from a whiskey still where she and Chris were being boiled alive. After a chaotic chase involving an antique cannon and a hovercraft, Sam throws Kurt overboard and Chris crashes in an explosion. At the train depot, Betsy marries Ryan, but a burned Chris arrives with explosives. Sam disarms him and reveals the hard drive's contents. After Sam accidentally hits the detonator, destroying the mansion, Virginia returns the maid of honor role to Sam, who toasts to their friendship while keeping her secret agent life a secret.
