Full plot (contains spoilers)
After reviving Chucky, Tiffany is enraged to learn he never wanted to marry her. She taunts him with a bride doll, prompting Chucky to electrocute her and transfer her soul into the doll via voodoo. To escape their bodies, they seek the 'Heart of Damballa' amulet. They trick a neighbor, Jesse Miller, and his girlfriend Jade Kincaid into driving them to Hackensack, New Jersey. Along the way, they murder several people, including Jesse's uncle, a police chief. While at a hotel, Chucky realizes he loves Tiffany and they propose marriage. After a friend joins them and suspects them of murder, Chucky and Tiffany reveal themselves and the friend dies in an accident. The dolls steal an RV, but Jesse and Jade manage to push them out of the vehicle. Chucky eventually retrieves the amulet but is confronted by a private investigator. After a struggle, Jesse knocks Chucky into a grave, and Jade shoots him, killing him. Tiffany briefly returns to life and gives birth to a baby doll that attacks the investigator.
