Full plot (contains spoilers)

Ten years ago, Bull was a feared enforcer for his father-in-law, Norm, a ruthless gang leader. After discovering his wife Gemma was cheating with gang member Gary and using heroin, Bull refused to surrender his son, Aiden. In retaliation, Norm and his associates abducted Aiden and burned Bull alive in a caravan. Aiden witnessed his father's death. Bull miraculously returns, his eyes now completely black, to seek vengeance. He begins a brutal rampage, killing his ex-wife's sister Cheryl and her husband Ollie, and later murdering Marco. Bull eventually kidnaps Clive's children to lure Gary to a funfair, where he interrogates Gary before leaving him to bleed to death. Bull then mutilates a heroin dealer to find Gemma's new address. He coerces Gemma into luring Norm to her house, where he ambushes and tortures both Norm and Gemma. After learning that Aiden is now a heroin addict living under a bridge, Bull kills Norm and shoots Gemma. He finds Aiden, carries him to a church, and watches over him. When the vicar finds them, Bull reveals his black eyes and asks for help saving the boy, leaving behind money for Aiden's care before returning to the field where he was buried.
