A retired spy is forced back into action in a surreal, multi-agent parody of the James Bond franchise.

The story

Retired for twenty years, legendary British spy Sir James Bond 007 is forced out of retirement by a coalition of international agencies to confront the mysterious Dr. Noah and the ruthless counter-intelligence agency SMERSH. To confuse the enemy, Bond employs a strategy where multiple agents are assigned the codename 'James Bond'. This leads to a series of escalating conflicts involving a baccarat master, a millionaire spy, and a secret training center in West Berlin. As the stakes rise, the mission evolves into a chaotic struggle to uncover a conspiracy involving biological warfare and the manipulation of world leaders.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

After M is killed in a mortar attack, Bond is tasked with dealing with SMERSH. To confuse them, he assigns the name 'James Bond' to several agents, including the baccarat master Evelyn Tremble and the millionaire Vesper Lynd. While his daughter Mata Bond infiltrates a SMERSH training center in Berlin, Bond and his team prepare for a high-stakes baccarat game against Le Chiffre. The plot thickens when it is revealed that the villain, Dr. Noah, is actually Bond's nephew, Jimmy. Jimmy plans to use biological warfare to make all women beautiful and kill all men over a certain height. The climax occurs at the Casino Royale, where a massive battle ensues involving various international forces. The conflict ends when a 'detainer' agent causes Jimmy to swallow an 'atomic time pill,' turning him into a walking bomb that destroys the casino and everyone inside.
