The Angels must recover stolen titanium rings while navigating a web of mob threats and a former teammate's betrayal.

The story

Three years after the events of the first film, the Angels and Jimmy Bosley are tasked with recovering titanium rings stolen from the United States Department of Justice. These rings are capable of displaying the identities of people in the witness protection program. After several deaths occur, the team tracks an assassin to a beach where they encounter a former Angel. The investigation leads them to a motorcycle race and eventually reveals that one of the Angels is herself a protected witness, forcing the team to confront a dangerous Irish mob leader and a mastermind from their past.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Three years after the first film, the Angels (Natalie Cook, Dylan Sanders, and Alex Munday) and Jimmy Bosley are sent to recover stolen titanium rings from the DOJ. They track assassin Randy Emmers to a beach, meeting former Angel Madison Lee. During a motorcycle race, Emmers is killed by the Thin Man (Anthony), who was protecting witness Max Petroni. The Angels discover Dylan is a protected witness. They learn the Irish mob leader Seamus O'Grady is targeting Max and Dylan. The Angels track O'Grady to San Pedro but are threatened. Dylan eventually flees to Mexico to protect the team. Natalie and Alex deduce that U.S. Marshal Ray Carter let O'Grady out of prison to trail him. They witness Carter's death at the hands of Madison, the true mastermind. Madison takes the rings, and the Angels realize she plans to sell them to various crime families at a film premiere. The Angels arrange for the buyers' arrest while confronting Madison. The Thin Man helps the Angels, fighting O'Grady before falling off a roof. O'Grady falls to his death after being blinded by Dylan. The Angels finally defeat Madison in an abandoned theatre. The film ends with the Angels celebrating their victory and Natalie's boyfriend proposing.
