The story

In an unnamed European city, a young mother is fatally stabbed in front of her son by a passing migrant, leading to a climate of fear. Michael Sanders, a former U.S. Army officer who recently inherited a real estate business in Europe, operates secretly as the 'Vigilante Citizen.' He targets criminals and rapists who have escaped justice, while the police, led by Interpol's Chief Henry, work to identify and apprehend him. As Sanders' actions gain public acclaim, the tension between his clandestine crusade and the authorities' pursuit intensifies, forcing him to navigate a world where he believes the law has failed to protect the innocent.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

In an unnamed European city, a young mother is fatally stabbed in front of her son by a passing migrant. Michael Sanders, a former U.S. Army officer and real estate owner, operates as the 'Vigilante Citizen,' targeting criminals and rapists. After a series of actions, including a confrontation on a bus and a meeting with a rape victim named Elsa, Sanders becomes a polarizing figure. He faces pursuit from Interpol's Chief Henry, who eventually identifies him through a discarded glass. Sanders escapes a police ambush and later targets a judge, Judge Reinhold, who released a group of rapists, staging his death as a suicide. After a confrontation with a group of thugs and a final, violent confrontation at the home of a rapist named Yusuf, Sanders executes the perpetrators and their family. The film ends with a broadcast from Sanders, warning the government that the people will take action if the state fails to stop what he calls the 'woke left and Islamist extremists.'
