Joanna "Joey" Locke, a former soldier working as a window cleaner, takes her autistic brother Michael to her workplace at One Canada Square. During a gala, an activist group called Earth Revolution takes the building hostage. The group's leader, Marcus Blake, aims to expose Agnian Energy's hypocrisy. However, a member named Noah, who disagrees with Blake's ideals, kills the company owners and takes control, rigging the building with explosives. Joey is stranded on the building's exterior while the police surround the structure. She manages to enter the building with Michael's help and eventually faces off against Noah in a brutal brawl. During the fight, she steals his detonator and pushes him to his death. After the police clear the building, Joey and Michael use a USB drive containing evidence of Agnian's corruption to expose the company to the world before retreating to the coast.
