A newly appointed building manager discovers that his condominium is rife with feuds, lost funds, and tentative romances.
The story
Accountant Michele Marrone has just moved with his family to Magliana. At the first condominium meeting he attends, he is appointed building manager. He soon realizes the role is not a sign of confidence in his abilities, but a way for the other residents to make things difficult for him. The building is already plagued by spite, score-settling, and seemingly endless arguments; funds have been squandered or lost, and the previous manager has run off with the money. Amid the disputes, shy and sad love affairs also unfold among the residents.
