A Black African man seeks revenge on a diamond-mine inspector after the inspector enforces the mine’s rule for recovering diamonds swallowed by the man’s father.

A Black African man avenges his father by murdering the inspector of a diamond mine. Because his father had swallowed diamonds, the inspector had him cut open to remove the stones from his stomach, in accordance with the mine’s rules. Joe Deebs catches the Black African man.
