The story
Following a time-traveling adventure, Red and Chloe hide a magic pocket watch in a hidden vault in Wonderland. However, the act of traveling through time has altered their reality, creating unexpected changes in their lives and relationships. When a villainous figure named Maddox Hatter, who became obsessed with the watch, discovers its location and captures the Queen of Hearts, Red and Chloe must venture back into Wonderland. Accompanied by a group of new allies, they must navigate a series of magical challenges and overcome the complications of a fractured timeline to rescue the Queen and save the realm from Maddox's growing power.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
After hiding a magic pocket watch in a vault, Red and Chloe discover that their time-travel altered the timeline: Red now has a sister named Pink, and their friend Max is now a villain's apprentice. The villain, Maddox Hatter, has been driven to madness by his obsession with the watch and has seized control of Wonderland after capturing the Queen of Hearts, Bridget. Red and Chloe return to Wonderland with a group of friends, including Luis, Robbie, Hazel, Felix, and the Smee twins. They face magical challenges, including a corrupted flock of flamingos and an enchanted chess game where Red's actions cause a rift with Chloe. Meanwhile, Cinderella attempts a rescue but is also captured. Max, seeking to prove his goodness, tries to steal the Oraculum to bargain for Bridget's release but is shown the truth of how the girls' actions ruined his original life. This leads to a confrontation where Max and a corrupted Chloe enter a maze. Red eventually reconciles with Pink and convinces Max that changing the past again is too dangerous. They ultimately defeat Maddox with the help of Bridget and Cinderella. The film ends with the heroes celebrating, while a mysterious object is found by Pink, hinting at further adventures.
