Full plot (contains spoilers)

Petra feels at home in the world’s tourist hotspots. She makes her living by seducing wealthy men, stunning them with a stun gun, and robbing them. With some of the money she swindles, she first pays for her younger sister Franziska’s studies and later helps her set up her own translation agency. Franziska believes her older sister earns the money as a successful manager abroad. With a police officer on her trail, Petra moves in with her younger sister in Cologne, hoping to start a new, happier life. But before long, she discovers that Franziska has something to hide. Franziska has been out of work for some time, and the inherited house is saddled with a mortgage. Petra also opens up about herself, and the two now work together using her scam. They manage to steal 100,000 deutsche marks from a smuggler of untaxed cash, but Franziska admits that her debts are twice that amount. At a bar, Franziska runs into the police officer and is mistaken for a victim, while Petra searches for her in vain. But Franziska narrowly manages to escape and turns up at home the next day with a handcuff on one arm.
