The story
Leo, his brother Elias, and their friends are devoted to soccer and have heard stories about the legendary Wild Soccer Bunch, said to have played at the Devil’s Pot. They dismiss the tale until they discover a mysterious map and meet Willi, the old coach of the Wild Soccer Bunch. Willi reveals that the former team once defeated Fat Michi and his Galactic Winners, after which they were barred from the Devil’s Pot for ten years. With the ban set to expire in just ten days, the boys face a race against time: unless a team can defeat the Galactic Winners again, Fat Michi will be allowed back. The boys decide to take on the challenge and train intensively.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Leo, his brother Elias, Finn, Oskar, Joshua, Müller, and Matze are obsessed with soccer. They have often heard the legend of the “Wild Soccer Bunch,” who supposedly played at the Devil’s Pot, but they don’t believe it. However, when they find a mysterious map and then meet Willi, the Wild Soccer Bunch’s old coach, they realize it wasn’t just a fairy tale. Willi explains that after the Wild Soccer Bunch defeated the Fat Michi and his soccer team, the Galactic Winners, they were banned from the Devil’s Pot for ten years. Those ten years are up in ten days, and if no team can be found to beat the Galactic Winners again, the Fat Michi will be allowed back into the Devil’s Pot. The new Wild Soccer Bunch are determined to prevent this at all costs and begin intensive training so they can defeat the Galactic Winners.
