At an African holiday hotel, a tangle of romantic pursuits and overlapping relationships turns a vacation into a comic confusion.

The story

German tourists converge on the African holiday hotel Leisure Lodge, each arriving with romantic hopes and complications. Businessman Harry Weber hopes to seduce his secretary Julia undisturbed, unaware that his wife Melanie is also staying there and has her eye on skier Toni. Weber’s business partner, industrialist Pfefferkorn, joins the holiday, while Julia begins pursuing Pfefferkorn’s son Florian. Harry is also introduced to Christine, a call girl, but Pfefferkorn has designs on her too. Hairdresser Agathe notices the web of connections and sees an opportunity in what she knows. The arrivals and competing attractions set the stage for mounting romantic confusion.
