The story
After the mining vessel Borealis is struck by an asteroid, asteroid miner Andy Ramirez wakes from cryogenic sleep to find himself in an escape pod hurtling toward a barren, alien planet. Landing largely unscathed but alone, Andy must navigate the harsh landscape while battling a critical oxygen leak in his suit. Accompanied only by his suit's outdated AI assistant, LEONARD, he encounters other survivors and must evade various alien threats. Driven by a desperate hope for survival and connection, Andy pushes forward through the perilous environment to reach the remains of the crashed vessel.

After the mining vessel Borealis is struck by an asteroid, asteroid miner Andy Ramirez wakes from cryogenic sleep to find himself in an escape pod hurtling toward a barren, alien planet. Landing largely unscathed but alone, Andy must navigate the harsh landscape while battling a critical oxygen leak in his suit. Accompanied by his suit's outdated AI assistant, LEONARD, he encounters Dwayne, a fellow survivor who is snatched away by spider-like creatures. Andy then intercepts a distress broadcast from Naomi Calloway, who is trapped in an escape pod 10 km away with a pinned leg. Despite LEONARD's warnings about his low oxygen, Andy reaches her. The two share oxygen and fight off a creature attack to access the damaged Borealis. They are pursued by a large spider-like creature but manage to escape into a storage bay after Naomi uses a pouch of dangerous fireflies to frighten it away. Naomi eventually distracts the creature long enough for Andy to crush it with an escape pod. Though they cannot be rescued immediately, the pair finds enough supplies to settle in for a potential 18-month wait, finding hope and companionship.
