The story

The film opens with a disoriented man wandering alone through a forest, apparently having passed through one of a series of mysterious alien portals nicknamed "doors" that have appeared across the world. News reports and radio broadcasts establish that the doors are responsible for mass disappearances and drastic changes to life on Earth. The first main segment, Lockdown, is set on the day the doors arrive.
