Full plot (contains spoilers)
At a high school, all the young male virgins dream of sleeping with the gorgeous Misa. Still a virgin herself, the schoolgirl is always surrounded by her two friends: Yoshie Tashiro, a judoka, and Akemi, a reporter for the school newspaper. One day, a new student named Ryu, “the Dragon,” arrives. Handsome and sexy, and a lover of virgins, he sets his sights on all the girls, much to the dismay of the other boys, who are far less attractive than he is. Too shy to act, they envy his audacity and virility. But one girl resists his charms: Misa. A repeat rapist just released from prison, Ryu is ready to do anything to possess her and take her virginity. He intends to keep indulging his ego and, to that end, will publish a warning in the school newspaper. For the girls, it is a declaration of war. As Ryu prepares his final assault to deflower and rape Misa, her group retaliates by enlisting two virgin schoolboys to kill him. A war between the sexes begins.
