Full plot (contains spoilers)
The film begins with a woman in a cabin being possessed and killed by her father after a ritual. Later, David, Natalie, Eric, and Olivia arrive at the cabin with David's sister, Mia, who is struggling with heroin addiction. After Eric reads an incantation from the Naturom Demonto, a malevolent force is unleashed. Mia is chased and possessed by a demon, and the group is forced to deal with the escalating horror. As the 'Taker of Souls' demands five souls to unleash the 'Abomination,' the group members are killed or mutilated one by one. David eventually sacrifices himself to stop the Taker of Souls, who then rises as the Abomination. Mia survives the final battle by severing the creature's limbs and head with a chainsaw.
