The story
After three mainland Chinese gangsters rob a jewelry store in Hong Kong in broad daylight, a police patrol sends them fleeing. One robber takes refuge in a building where another gang of hardened criminals, long wanted by police and armed with heavy firepower, is hiding. Their paths become entangled with those of the police force’s C1 Serious Crimes Unit, bringing the two gangs and the officers into the same unfolding crisis.

After three mainland Chinese gangsters who have come to Hong Kong rob a jewelry store in broad daylight, they panic and flee when they encounter a police patrol. One of them takes refuge in a building where another gang of hardened criminals is hiding; the gang has been wanted by the police for a long time and is armed with heavy firepower. The fates of the police force’s C1 Serious Crimes Unit become unexpectedly intertwined with those of the two gangs. Just when the officers think they have successfully killed the hardened criminals and can relax and celebrate, they suddenly encounter the two jewelry-store robbers on the street. Caught unprepared, they become embroiled in a chaotic fight with the gangsters, and ultimately die alongside them.
