Full plot (contains spoilers)
Tess, an Iraq War veteran and recovering alcoholic, returns home to heal. She reconciles with her sister Beth to attend their sister Rose's bachelorette party at the family farm. During the party, attackers strike, killing Rose with a crossbow. Tess, the only trained fighter, orders the women to barricade inside. As the siege continues, several women are killed, including Esther and Divya. Mia escapes a pursuer to find no phone signal. Tess infiltrates the caretakers' home and discovers they sell meth for Perry's gang, making the women look like thieves. After a series of violent encounters where Tess kills several attackers, only Beth, Noelle, and Bridget remain at the house. Bridget is killed by Perry. Noelle offers herself to Tim for freedom. Tess eventually defeats the last of Perry's gang and kills Perry for his cash. The next morning, Tess and Beth return to town. Tess gives an altered statement to the sheriff, claiming the attackers turned on each other over money. The story ends with Tess and Beth reconciling while Tess travels with Mia, leaving the true story and legal issues unresolved.
