A masked hero takes on gangsters wielding an invisibility serum in a plot involving a bank robbery and a kidnapping.
The story
Professor Philips invents a serum that makes people invisible, but gangster Kid steals it and uses it to rob the Bank of Ireland. Kid then joins forces with fellow bank robber Alika, and together they plot to kidnap a maharaja’s daughter and demand a large ransom. Their criminal scheme draws the attention of Flashman, a mysterious masked hero who has made himself a champion of justice. The story sets the criminals’ use of the serum and their kidnapping plan against Flashman’s efforts to stop them.

Professor Philips has invented a serum that makes people invisible, but his invention is stolen by Kid, a gangster, who uses it to rob the Bank of Ireland. The gangster forms an alliance with Alika, another bank robber, to kidnap a maharaja’s daughter and demand a large ransom. The criminals’ plans are thwarted by Flashman, a mysterious masked hero whose secret identity is Alexei Burman, a young English lord who has appointed himself a champion of justice.
