Full plot (contains spoilers)
After a violent encounter at a roadside store, brothers Seth and Richie Gecko kidnap a family—a pastor, his wife, and two children—to cross into Mexico. They stop at the Titty Twister, a desert strip club. During a performance by Santánico Pandemonium, the truth is revealed: the club's performers are vampires. The siblings and the family must fight through waves of undead creatures. Seth's brother Richie is turned and later killed by Seth. The survivors, including a biker named Frost and a woman named Kate, fight through the night as the others are bitten and transformed. In the final moments, as the sun rises, the vampires are destroyed by light, and the survivors are left to deal with the aftermath. The film ends with Seth and Kate parting ways as the Titty Twister is revealed to be atop a buried Aztec temple.
