The story
Princess Elsa of Arendelle possesses magical powers to create ice and snow, but after an accident involving her sister Anna, she is isolated from the public. When Anna's coronation day arrives, a rift between the sisters is exposed when Elsa's powers are revealed to the court. Elsa flees to the North Mountain, and her magic plunges the kingdom into an eternal winter. Anna sets off on a journey to find her sister, accompanied by an ice courier named Kristoff, his reindeer Sven, and a living snowman named Olaf, to bring her back and end the winter.

Princess Elsa of Arendelle possesses magical powers to create ice and snow. After an accident involving her sister Anna, she is isolated by their parents. Years later, during her coronation, Elsa's powers are revealed, and she flees to the North Mountain, causing Arendelle to fall into eternal winter. Anna travels to find her, joined by Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf. At the ice palace, Elsa's fear causes her to accidentally freeze Anna's heart. Kristoff takes Anna to the trolls, who state only an act of true love can thaw her. While they race back to the castle, Hans reveals he intended to seize the throne. In the climax, Anna sacrifices herself to protect Elsa from Hans, and her act of love thaws her heart. Elsa realizes love is the key to controlling her powers, ends the winter, and the sisters reconcile.
