Full plot (contains spoilers)
Three years after her coronation, Elsa hears a mysterious voice and follows it, leading her and her sister Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf into the Enchanted Forest. They encounter elemental spirits and the Northuldra people. Elsa discovers that the voice is the memory of her mother, Queen Iduna, and that her powers are a gift from nature. They learn that a dam built by their grandfather, King Runeard, caused a conflict with the Northuldra. Elsa learns the truth about the dam's construction and her role as the fifth spirit, a bridge between people and magic. Anna eventually destroys the dam to free the forest. Elsa becomes the protector of the Enchanted Forest, while Anna becomes the Queen of Arendelle. The film ends with the sisters reunited and the kingdom at peace.
