Frühling - Nichts gegen Papa (2017)

Village helper Katja Baumann steps in to help out at Sanne Bredemeyer’s sailing school in her role as a village helper. Sanne’s son had secretly untied the boats, and in all the commotion his heavily pregnant mother nearly suffered a miscarriage. Katja now takes care not only of the business but also of the family, since Sanne Bredemeyer has to spend much of her time lying down and any further excitement should be avoided. When Katja tries to find out what motivated Finn’s actions, she realizes how much the boy misses his stepfather, Matthias, who travels a lot for work and often has to leave his family alone. Looking more closely, Katja discovers that Matthias is leading a double life and has a second relationship in the neighboring town of Rosenheim. Faced with this situation, Katja finally realizes what a treasure she has in her friend Mark Weber, with whom she has so far had only a purely platonic relationship.
