Full plot (contains spoilers)

Richie and Mikey travel to Gary, Indiana, to deliver a box for Uncle Jimmy. While waiting for the recipient, they spend time at a hot dog restaurant and a bar. In the bar, Mikey opens up to a woman named Sherri about his mother's impact on his mental health. As the deadline approaches, a heated argument erupts between the two friends; Mikey delivers a scathing speech about Richie's role as a father, leading to a physical confrontation.
