A Berlin newcomer buys a Bavarian farm and tries to uphold propriety while her employees behave very differently.
The story
Gisela Horn, a Berlin newcomer with little experience of country life, buys a farm in Bavaria and insists on propriety and morality. Her employees, Toni and Zenzi, have sex in the neighboring cowshed. Meanwhile, Count Traverso plans an educational trip to Germany for his two daughters and appoints Vittorio Parmesano as their chaperone. Though presented as supposedly homosexual, Vittorio is actually a womanizer.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
The story centers on Bavarians, a newcomer from Berlin, and an Italian. The men mainly pursue women who are partially or completely naked, and have sexual encounters with them at all hours of the day and night—in the hay, in the meadow, and in the hayloft. Gisela Horn from Berlin, who has little experience of country life, buys a farm in Bavaria. While Mrs. Horn insists on propriety and morality, her employees Toni and Zenzi have sex next door in the cowshed. In Italy, Count Traverso plans to send his two daughters to Germany on an educational trip. He appoints the supposedly homosexual Vittorio Parmesano as their chaperone, though in reality he is a womanizer. They unexpectedly end up in Bavaria. When Vittorio enters his hotel room, he notices a local couple just leaving it. While the innkeeper checks the bed and discovers that it has been used, Parmesano flirts with Resi, an employee who has hidden herself in the room. One of Count Traverso’s daughters also discovers one of Resi’s lovers in the farm cupboard. The Italian guests soon join in the amorous games. Gisela’s brother Heino, a bark beetle researcher, arrives in Bavaria from Berlin with his partner Lore. At the village festival, everyone finds a match: Toni finds Zenzi, Hias finds the woman from Berlin, and so do the Italian daughters and Parmesano.
