Full plot (contains spoilers)
In 1962, a tragedy occurs aboard the MS Antonia Graza, where a metal cable snaps, killing almost everyone except a girl named Katie. Forty years later, a salvage crew finds the ship in the Bering Strait. They find gold but are targeted by a supernatural force. The crew members are picked off: Greer is killed by the ghost of a singer, and Sean is trapped and drowned in a fish tank after being manipulated by hallucinations. Maureen eventually discovers the truth: the ship's original tragedy was caused by a demonic spirit named Jack, who is a sinner tasked with leading souls to Hell. Jack is the one who lured the salvage team to the ship. Maureen realizes she must sink the Antonia Graza to stop Jack from claiming more souls. After a final confrontation where Dodge is revealed to be a double for Jack, Maureen detonates explosives, destroying the ship and defeating Jack. Maureen is rescued, but in the end, she sees Jack resurrected, still attempting to collect souls.
