The story

Their daughter Tessa arrives with a new partner, a Swedish fitness trainer, after replacing Emma. Their son Samuel is on the brink of divorce over a gluten-allergic dog, while grandson Petter is preparing to propose to the prettiest girl at school in Hebrew. Their neighbor Nils is also close to death. With a mix of small and serious troubles disrupting the reunion, Annemor and Frank try to keep the family together through the holiday.
