In 16th-century Spain, Don Francisco is forced to arrange his daughter Blanca’s engagement to the arrogant Don Ramiro in order to preserve the lands on the family estate. Don Juan, Don Francisco’s nephew, is Blanca’s true love and has returned from the war in Flanders. Don Juan puts on a mask and joins a band of gypsies led by Estella to fight against Don Ramiro’s forces. In this undertaking, he will be helped by a muscular, bare-chested man and also by Captain Blasco, who works for Don Ramiro.
