The story
Clumsy Harry Holst became a private detective after Count Porno stole his girlfriend a year earlier. His first client sends him to a girls’ boarding school to investigate young Gina’s reputation and return her to her uncle in Munich. Gina’s roommate, Elsie, makes advances to Harry and tries to recruit him for another case. Meanwhile, Gina has secretly taken a small bottle of poison, prompting the question of whether she intends to murder her wealthy uncle and aunt. The assignment draws Harry into a troubling situation even as Elsie seeks his help with a separate investigation.

Clumsy Harry Holst has become a private detective to bring a villain to justice: a year earlier, “Count Porno” had stolen Harry’s girlfriend away from him. Harry’s first client assigns him to visit young Gina at a girls’ boarding school, make inquiries into her reputation, and send her home to her uncle in Munich. Gina’s roommate, Elsie, makes advances to Harry and tries to persuade him to investigate a new case with her. Gina had secretly taken a small bottle of poison with her—does she mean to murder her wealthy uncle and aunt? Together, Elsie and Harry keep Gina under surveillance and follow her to a grand villa, where Count Porno is holding a sex party with very young women. Elsie and Harry mingle with the guests and uncover a gang of thieves who are planning to pilfer the attendees’ wallets. Unaware of what he is taking, Harry takes a drug and goes on a psychedelic trip. But at the last moment, he manages to alert the police and get the thieves arrested. Elsie and Harry become a couple.
