The story
The film follows nine people and their varying romantic problems. Gigi, a woman who consistently misreads her romantic partners' behaviors, is the central focus. She meets Alex, a bar owner who helps her interpret the signs given to her by her dates. The film follows nine people navigating various romantic complications. Gigi, who often misinterprets romantic signals, is coached by Alex, a bar owner. While she initially views his help as romantic interest, he rebuffs her; however, he later realizes his love for her and they eventually kiss. Nearby, Janine's husband, Ben, has an affair with Anna. After a confrontation involving Janine and a discovery of cigarettes, Janine leaves Ben for divorce. Meanwhile, Conor misinterprets Anna's feelings and eventually enters a relationship with her, only for her to admit she wants to remain just friends. Conor then begins dating Mary, whom he met online. Finally, Beth and Neil, who have been together for seven years, face a crisis regarding marriage. After a family emergency, they reconcile and marry on a sailboat.
