Full plot (contains spoilers)
47 is a genetically-enhanced super soldier created by Dr. Piotr Litvenko. After Litvenko abandoned the project, 47 began working for the ICA, eventually tracking down Litvenko's daughter, Katia. In Berlin, Katia is approached by John Smith, an operative for Syndicate International, who offers protection from 47. After a skirmish where 47 grazes Katia, they hide in a hotel. 47 eventually captures Katia, revealing she is also an Agent designed to be superior to him. He trains her in combat, and they fight off Syndicate forces and Smith, who possesses subdermal titanium body armor. Katia reveals Litvenko is in Singapore. 47's handler, Diana, coordinates with another Agent. In Singapore, 47 and Katia find Litvenko, who is captured by the Syndicate. 47 infiltrates the Syndicate headquarters disguised as a firefighter while Katia crashes a helicopter into the building. 47 defeats Smith by electrocuting him. On the rooftop, Le Clerq escapes with Litvenko, but Litvenko detonates an explosive inhaler, killing himself and Le Clerq. 47 confirms the target's death to Diana but remains ambiguous about Katia's fate. In the mid-credits, Smith is shown alive.
