Full plot (contains spoilers)

After retiring from the DEA following a dangerous raid on a methamphetamine lab, Phil Broker moves to Rayville, Louisiana, with his daughter, Maddy. When Maddy defends herself against a bully, the situation escalates when the bully's mother, Cassie, involves her brother, a crime boss named Gator Bodine. Gator discovers Broker's identity and his past involvement in the drug trade. Gator and his associates attempt to intimidate Broker, leading to a series of violent encounters. Broker eventually confronts Gator's men at his meth lab, defeating them and rescuing Maddy's cat. During a subsequent confrontation, Maddy is kidnapped by Gator's associates. Broker tracks her to the lab, where a massive explosion occurs during a fight with Gator's associates. In the aftermath, Gator and his girlfriend are arrested, and Broker eventually visits the imprisoned leader of the biker gang he once targeted, signaling his continued presence in the world of enforcement.
