The story
In the remote woods of Oklahoma, a rugged loner named Bowdrie 'Bo' lives a secluded life with his teenage daughter, Tag. Their isolation is shattered when they discover a badly injured woman, January, in a nearby river. Despite Bo's instinct to remain uninvolved, they take her in to treat her wounds. However, they soon learn that January was kidnapped by a dangerous criminal organization known as the Brotherhood cartel. As the cartel begins searching for her, Bo and Tag find themselves forced into a desperate struggle to protect the woman and survive the escalating threat of the violent gang.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Bowdrie 'Bo' and his daughter Tag live off the grid in Oklahoma. After finding and nursing a wounded woman named January, they learn she escaped from the 'Brotherhood cartel'. When the cartel's men come looking for her, Bo kills them and hides her. After the local sheriff is killed, Bo tortures a cartel member to find their location. He eventually discovers that Tag's mother is alive but imprisoned. In a final confrontation at the cartel's compound, Bo and Tag fight through the gang's men. Tag shoots and kills the leader, Alejandro, and they rescue the remaining captives. One month later, January moves out, and Bo takes Tag to reunite with her mother.
