The story
Katie Carter, a model in New York City, attends a photography session that turns into a nightmare when she meets three Bulgarian siblings. After a disagreement during the shoot, she is abducted and taken to Sofia, Bulgaria. Captured and held in a basement, Katie is subjected to horrific abuse by the men who kidnapped her. After a desperate escape into the sewer system, she finds herself alone in a foreign land. With the help of a local priest, she begins to recover and prepares to fight back against those who took her freedom, navigating a dangerous path toward justice in a city where she is a stranger.

Katie Carter, a model in New York City, attends a photography session with three Bulgarian siblings who become obsessed with her. After a dispute, she is kidnapped and transported to Sofia, Bulgaria. She is held in a basement where she is brutally assaulted by the men. During an escape attempt, she ends up in the sewer system and is eventually found by a priest, Father Dimov, who provides her with medical care and supplies. While the police attempt to intervene, Katie prepares for a violent retaliation. She systematically hunts down and tortures her captors: Georgy in the sewers, Nikolay in a nightclub, and Valko in a basement. During the final confrontation, she discovers the twisted family dynamics of her captors. She eventually faces off against Ivan and his stepmother, Ana. After a final struggle where the police intervene and kill Ivan, Ana is arrested, and Katie finds refuge at the U.S. Embassy.
