A woman seeking justice for sexual assault victims takes matters into her own hands after the legal system fails to provide closure.

The story

Following the events of the previous film, Jennifer Hills has settled in Los Angeles under an assumed name, working as an assault helpline operator while attending group counseling. Despite her efforts to move on, her past leaves her deeply distrustful of men. While in a support group, she forms a bond with another woman, Marla, who also struggles with a lack of trust in men. However, when Marla dies under mysterious circumstances and the authorities fail to find justice, Jennifer's suppressed rage is reignited. Driven by a desire for retribution, Jennifer begins a personal crusade to hunt down and punish unpunished rapists.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Jennifer Hills, living in Los Angeles under the alias 'Angela Jitrenka,' works as an assault helpline operator and attends group counseling. She forms a bond with Marla, another woman who distrusts men, and they begin a personal crusade for revenge against sexual assault victims. After Marla dies mysteriously and the police fail to act, Jennifer begins stalking and murdering unpunished rapists, including Marla's estranged boyfriend and the stepfather of a group member. She also targets the rapist of Oscar's daughter, though she is nearly caught by police. Oscar eventually takes the blame for the murders, dying from self-inflicted wounds, which allows Jennifer to be released but kept under police watch. Still disillusioned, Jennifer evades the police to bait men, eventually being caught by Detective McDylan. The film reveals that Jennifer's 'therapy' was actually mandatory treatment for attempted murder. In a final daydream, she kills her therapist and two inmates, showing her bloodlust remains unsatiated.
