A warrior must navigate a world of gods and monsters to reclaim a powerful relic and stop a genocidal king from unleashing a primal threat.

The story

In 1228 BC, the genocidal king Hyperion seeks the Epirus Bow to release the imprisoned Titans. To find it, he captures the virgin oracle Phaedra, using her visions to guide his search. Meanwhile, Theseus, a hoplite trained by a mysterious 'Old Man' who is secretly Zeus, is forced into a life of hardship after Hyperion attacks his village and kills his mother. Theseus and Phaedra become allies in a desperate struggle against Hyperion's forces. As the gods are forbidden from intervening directly in mortal affairs, Theseus must rely on his own strength and the guidance of the gods to stop the impending catastrophe.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

In 1228 BC, the genocidal king Hyperion seeks the Epirus Bow to release the Titans from Mount Tartarus. He captures the oracle Phaedra to use her visions to locate the bow. Theseus, a hoplite trained by the 'Old Man' (a disguised Zeus), is a victim of Hyperion's violence. After Hyperion kills Theseus's mother, Aethra, Theseus is enslaved in a salt mine. Phaedra and Theseus escape together, eventually finding the Epirus Bow in a sacred labyrinth. After a series of battles involving divine intervention from Poseidon and Ares, the pair reaches Mount Tartarus. Hyperion uses the bow to breach the city walls and free the Titans. The gods descend to battle the Titans, but they are nearly overwhelmed. Zeus destroys the bow, and in a final confrontation, Theseus defeats Hyperion in a fatal embrace. Zeus then collapses Mount Tartarus, and the story of Theseus becomes legend, with Phaedra eventually giving birth to his son, Acamas.
