A demonic creature emerges every 23rd spring to hunt humans, leading to a terrifying confrontation with a school bus full of students.

The story

Three days after the events of the first film, a demonic creature known as the Creeper abducts a young boy. The following day, a school bus carrying a sports team and cheerleaders suffers a blowout caused by a shuriken. A cheerleader named Minxie Hayes receives visions warning the students about the Creeper. After the bus is disabled and the driver and coaches are abducted, the Creeper singles out six students. Minxie shares information about the creature's feeding cycle as the group faces an imminent threat.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Three days after the first film, the Creeper abducts Billy Taggart in front of his father Jack Sr., brother Jack Jr., and their dog Mac. The next day, a school bus carrying a sports team and cheerleaders is disabled by a shuriken. Minxie Hayes has visions of the Creeper and warns her classmates. The Creeper abducts the driver and coaches, then targets six students. The Taggarts go hunting for the creature and make radio contact with the bus. During the chaos, the Creeper kills several students, including Dante, Jake, and Scotty. Jack shoots the Creeper with a harpoon, but it escapes. Later, Izzy Bohen crashes a truck to save others, injuring the Creeper. Jack eventually shoots the Creeper in the head with a harpoon, causing it to enter a hibernation state. In 2024, 23 years later, three teenagers visit the Taggart farm and see an elderly Jack Sr. still watching the hibernating Creeper with his harpoon.
