Full plot (contains spoilers)
In a world where demons prey on humans, the K-pop group Huntrix (Rumi, Mira, and Zoey) serves as the latest generation of hunters maintaining the Honmoon barrier. Rumi, who is secretly half-demon, struggles with her identity and a fading voice as she tries to turn the barrier into the 'Golden Honmoon.' Meanwhile, the Saja Boys, a boy band of humans turned demons led by Jinu, aim to weaken the barrier. During a conflict, Jinu discovers Rumi's secret and helps her hide it. As the Saja Boys gain popularity, the Honmoun weakens. Huntrix eventually faces a crisis at the Idol Awards where they are tricked into revealing Rumi's secret. After a period of separation and betrayal, Rumi confronts Jinu and eventually confronts Gwi-Ma, the ruler of demons. Rumi performs an improvised song of self-acceptance, breaking the trance over the public. Jinu sacrifices himself to save Rumi, and together, the Huntrix members defeat Gwi-Ma and the Saja Boys, creating a new rainbow Honmoun and finding peace in their identity.
