The two 17-year-old students Julia and Philip play together on a beach volleyball team. Now the ambitious Julia, who hopes to study sports, and Philip, a womanizer, are set to compete in a tournament in Spain. The entire sports class comes along to support them. But Julia sees Philip—who mainly uses the sport to chat up girls—and her jealous boyfriend Andi as obstacles on her path to success. So she persuades Philip and their classmate David to make a pact: the three of them form the Virgins Club and swear not to have sex while they are in Spain. For Julia, who is still a virgin, this is hardly a problem, and David is also rather relieved, since he was circumcised recently and is therefore not really up to it anyway. Philip has the hardest time keeping his vow of abstinence: beautiful women keep walking past the beach volleyball court, and even their coach, Viola, is hard to resist. At first, everything seems to go according to plan: Philip and Julia confidently make it into the semifinals. But then it becomes difficult for the other two members of the trio to keep their promise as well. David has been in love with his classmate Isabelle for as long as he can remember, and she suddenly starts showing interest in him. Because David is still sore from his circumcision, there are constant misunderstandings between them. Meanwhile, Julia meets the sensitive Tom, who works at the campsite. The two grow closer at a beach party, and Julia realizes that Andi probably isn’t the right one for her. Suddenly, Andi turns up at the campsite, and chaos ensues. David has his hands full trying to turn Julia and Philip’s attention back to the upcoming final.
